On the afternoon of May 11, 2025, Kinh xổ số hôm nay miền nam City Development Holding Corporation (KBC) and Saigon – Hai Phong Industrial Park Corporation (SHP – KBC's member company) solemnly held the groundbreaking ceremony for Infrastructure Construction Investment and Trading of Trang Due 3 Industrial Park Project in An Lao district, Hai Phong City. This event is a part of a series of events towards the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of Hai Phong city.

The total investment capital of the project is 1,878 billion VND. The operation term of the project is 50 years from the date of land allocation or land lease by the Governance.

On the morning of March 6, 2025, the 1st Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025 of Kinh xổ số hôm nay miền nam City Development Holding Corporation (Securities Code: KBC) was held at the Corporation's headquarter in Que Vo Industrial Park - xổ số hôm nay miền nam Ninh province with the participation of 177 shareholders (including online and in person), representing 517,547,215 shares, accounting for 67.4237% of the total voting rights. Chairman of the Board of Directors – Mr. Dang Thanh Tam attended the General Meeting online and Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Board of Directors cum General Director was authorized to run the General Meeting.
